Terms of service

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This website and the Master eSIM service are operated by Master Of Digital LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States (“we”, “us”). By buying from us or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Our service

We sell prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for use while travelling. Unless a plan says otherwise, plans do not include a phone number, voice calls or SMS. Calling and messaging apps that use mobile data (such as WhatsApp or FaceTime) can be used over the data connection.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us.

3. Device compatibility

You are responsible for using a device that supports eSIM and is not locked to a carrier. Compatibility information on our website is a guide only; device support can vary by model, region and software version.

4. Delivery and activation

Your eSIM is delivered by email after payment, usually within minutes. Keep your QR code and activation details private; anyone who has them may be able to install your eSIM. Most eSIMs can only be installed once — do not delete the eSIM from your device unless you no longer need it.

5. Data, validity and top-ups

Each plan includes a data allowance and a validity period shown before purchase. On most plans the validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at your destination. Unused data expires at the end of the validity period and cannot be carried over or refunded. Top-ups add data and/or validity to an eSIM you already own, where the network allows it.

6. Network service

Connectivity is provided by local partner mobile networks. Coverage, speed (including 4G/5G availability) and service quality depend on the network, your location and your device, and are not guaranteed. Some plans may apply fair-use speed limits as stated in the plan details.

7. Acceptable use

You may not resell our eSIMs, use them for unlawful activity, spam, network abuse, or in devices other than phones, tablets and personal hotspots unless the plan allows it. We may suspend service that is used in breach of these terms.

8. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars or, in some countries, in your local currency, and include all fees charged by us. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay us. Your bank may charge its own fees. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.

9. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. Our Refund Policy goes further: you can cancel and get a full refund within 30 days as long as the eSIM has not been installed.

When you place your order, you ask us to deliver your eSIM immediately, before the 14-day period ends. Once you install the eSIM on a device, the service has started at your request and you can no longer withdraw from that purchase, except where the law or our Refund Policy says otherwise.

10. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Third-party names

Names such as WhatsApp, Nusuk, iPhone, Android, STC or Orange are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to describe compatibility or network coverage. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by these companies or by any government authority.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed travel arrangements, lost business, or roaming charges from another provider. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as network outages, government restrictions or natural disasters. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. If you are a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence. Please contact us first: most problems are solved quickly by email. Consumers in the EU can also get free help from the European Consumer Centres network.

15. Severability

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest of the terms remain in force.
