When should I install my eSIM?
Install it before you leave, while you have Wi-Fi. Then turn the eSIM on for mobile data when you land. On most plans the validity only starts when the eSIM first connects at your destination.
Can I still use WhatsApp and my normal number?
Yes. Your physical SIM stays in your phone. WhatsApp keeps your existing number and simply uses the eSIM’s data.
Does the eSIM include a phone number?
Our plans are data-only. Use WhatsApp, FaceTime, Telegram or any calling app over data.
Can I share data with hotspot?
Most plans allow hotspot — check “Plan details” on the destination page.
What if my data runs out?
Open your eSIM page from your email and tap “Add more data” — it’s added to the same eSIM, nothing to reinstall.
Can I get a refund?
If your eSIM has not been installed, you can request a refund. Installed eSIMs can’t be refunded, so please check compatibility first. See our refund policy for details.
