Is my phone compatible?
Your phone must support eSIM and be unlocked. Quick check: dial *#06#. If you see an EID number, you are good. Most iPhones from XS/XR, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, and Google Pixel 3 and newer work.
When does my plan start?
On most plans the validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, so you can install it days before your trip.
What if I run out of data?
Open your eSIM page from your email and tap Add more data. It is added to the same eSIM. No new QR code, nothing to reinstall.
Can I get a refund?
If your eSIM has not been installed, you can request a full refund within 30 days. Once installed, it is only refunded if it cannot connect and our support cannot fix it, so please check compatibility first.
