Privacy policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Master Of Digital LLC (“Master eSIM”, “we”) collects and uses your personal information when you visit esim.masterofdigital.com, buy an eSIM, or contact us. We are the data controller for this information. Our store runs on Shopify.
Information we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, country, the plans you buy and your order history.
- Payment information: processed by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments and PayPal). We do not see or store your full card number.
- eSIM details: the ICCID and activation details of the eSIMs you buy, and data-usage information shown on your eSIM page.
- Communications: messages you send to our support team by email or WhatsApp.
- Reviews: if you leave a review, your name and review text.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, and how you use our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.
How we use it, and why
- To deliver your eSIM, apply top-ups and send order emails (to perform our contract with you).
- To provide customer support and handle refunds (contract).
- To prevent fraud and keep our services secure (our legitimate interests).
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
- To measure and improve our website and advertising, using analytics and advertising cookies (your consent, where required).
- To send offers and travel tips, if you agreed to receive them (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders (Shopify privacy policy).
- Payment providers, to process your payment.
- Our eSIM network partner, which issues the eSIM and provides connectivity. We share only what is needed to issue and manage the eSIM (such as the plan and eSIM identifiers), not your payment details.
- Advertising and analytics partners (Meta and Google), only through cookies and only with your consent where required. They help us measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested.
- Service providers that help us run the business (hosting, email delivery, product reviews, customer messaging), under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements (generally up to 7 years), and support messages for up to 2 years. Cookie lifetimes are described in our Cookie Policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, email contact@masterofdigital.com. We may need to verify your identity first. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. You can change your cookie choices at any time with the “Your Privacy Choices” link at the bottom of our website.

Our services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
