What if I run out of data?
Open your eSIM page from your email and tap Add more data. It is added to the same eSIM. No new QR code, nothing to reinstall.
Can I get a refund?
If your eSIM has not been installed, you can request a full refund within 30 days. Once installed, it is only refunded if it cannot connect and our support cannot fix it, so please check compatibility first.
